BANDUNG--MEDIA: PT Sarinah (Persero), salah satu BUMN, merangkul PT Graha SariPacific (GSP) untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan hotel bintang empat "plus" 16 lantai bernama Legend Sari Pacific Boutiq Hotel di Kota Bandung.
PT.Sarinah (Persero) menyediakan tanah miliknya di Jl. Braga 10 dan PT.Graha Sari Pacific menanamkan Investasinya untuk system build, operate and transfer (BOT).
Kerjasama kedua perusahaan ituditandatangani, Rabu (24/10), oleh Dirut PT.Sarinah (Persero) Ketut Arnaya dan Presdir PT.Graha Sari Pacific, Rido Ramdan Sumantri.
"PT.Sarinah (Persero) semula memang fokus pada bisnis ritel dan waralaba. Namun, persaingan ketat akhir-akhir membuat Sarinah harus jeli mencari peluanguntuk mengoptimalisasikan asetnya," tutur Ketut Arnaya.
Presdir PT Graha Sari Pacific, Rido Ramdan Sumantri menyatakan pengelolaan hotel ke depan akan dipercayakankepada operator hotel tingkat Internasional. Sementara untuk konstruksinya, PT. Graha Sari Pacific mempercayakan kepada PT. PP(Persero) Pembangunan Perumahan, dengan arsitek PT Atelier serta konsultan PT.Yodya Karya (Persero). (SG/EM/Ol-03)
